However, any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees applied once the package reaches your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. SOLIA has no control over these statutory charges.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you can track your package 24/7 directly via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any issues tracking your parcel, simply reach out to our customer support team with your order number.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout:

If you need to make corrections, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order.
