How long will it take for my SOLIA order to arrive, and how much is shipping?

United States: Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after a 1–3 business day processing period.

International: Worldwide deliveries generally take 7 to 21 business days, depending on your local customs process. You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your package ships.

Will my sectional sofa arrive in multiple boxes?

Yes. Due to the generous dimensions and modular build of our couches, most SOLIA sectionals ship securely in 2 to 4 separate, manageable packages.

Packages are designed to navigate standard hallways, doorways, and staircases with ease.

In some instances, shipping couriers may deliver boxes a day or two apart. Please refer to your tracking link for individual box status.

How does the compression packaging work, and how do I fluff the cushions?

To ensure safe transit and convenient room-to-room handling, many of our modular cloud sofas feature vacuum-compressed cushions.

Once unboxed and unwrapped, the high-resilience memory foam will naturally begin expanding immediately.

We recommend gently patting and fluffing the cushions on all sides. It generally takes 48 to 72 hours (and up to 5–7 days in cooler rooms) for the cushions to regain their full, cloud-like loft and contour.

Can I remove and clean the sofa cushion covers?

Yes. Practical everyday living is central to our designs.

Most SOLIA collections feature zippered, removable seat and back cushion covers.

For routine maintenance, simply spot clean with a damp microfiber cloth and mild soap, or lightly vacuum crumbs and pet hair.

When washing removable covers, we recommend gentle cycle hand-washing or mild cold wash followed by air drying to preserve the texture, color, and softness of fabrics like chenille and corduroy.
